Last 12th and 13th September, the Kick-off meeting for SEEV4-City Project was held in Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
For the next three years, seven operational pilots located in Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Norway and Belgium will demonstrate how the combination of renewable energies and electromobility can help Europe to save CO2 emissions and have a more resilient energy system.
Because it is good to lead by example, the SEEV4-City partnership enjoyed a canal trip using the boat featured in Amsterdam Vehicle to Grid project. Silent, reliable and emissions free, the boat’s batteries had been charged through solar energy that same day. This is another demonstration of how solar energy can fuel European mobility.
